How do I return my car?


Thinking of ending your current Flexcar plan? It's a breeze! Just follow these simple steps.


Before Dropping Off:

  1. Remove all personal belongings from the car.

  2. Ensure your Flexcar is returned in the same spick-and-span condition it was received.

    • No dirt, stains, trash, or odors, please!
    • Failure to do so may result in a reconditioning fee based on the needed cleanup or repairs.
      • If your car requires reconditioning, you will be notified and charged a fee to clean and/or repair the car to return to subscription condition. This cost is dependent upon the amount of reconditioning required
  3. Refuel the car to the same level as when you picked it up.

Upon Arrival:

  • Open your Flexcar app, head to the Upcoming Return screen, and follow the prompts for a smooth return process.


Important Reminders

  • Your Flexcar plan will close at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial or full refunds for fees incurred in the current cycle.
  • Additional drivers on your account will also be closed.
  • Any remaining balance will be charged or credited when your plan ends.
  • Tolls, charges, and violations will be processed to your payment option once received.
  • Additional fees may apply if the vehicle isn't returned in the same condition as received.
