You can pick up your Flexcar at one of our dedicated Flexcar Hubs. Here's what you need to know!
Effortless Checkout:
- During checkout, simply choose your preferred day and time for pickup.
- Most hubs are operational daily, ensuring flexibility in scheduling.
Personalized Handover:
- When you arrive at your pickup location, head inside and our member concierge will meet you to hand over the keys.
- Every vehicle is meticulously inspected, prepped, cleaned, and ready for your arrival.
- The Member Concierge will introduce you to your new Flexcar, do a walk-through of the vehicle, and answer any questions you have.

What information do I need to have with me when I pick up my Flexcar?
- Bring your driver’s license! The Member Concierge team will check that your ID matches your account information.

For same-day pickups, please bring proof of your address to the hub to be verified.

Do I need to be at the location to pickup?
- Yes, the account holder will need to pick up their Flexcar. Verified additional drivers cannot pick up the vehicle or complete swaps.

Can I change my pickup date or time?
- If you need to reschedule, please visit the Flexcar mobile app to modify your upcoming order's date & time.
