Boston and Atlanta customers: For your convenience, we have partnered with PepBoys for your Oil Change needs. If your vehicle only needs an oil change, visit pepboys.com/appointment to schedule an appointment at your local PepBoys.
- Since Flexcar's covered the cost of Oil Changes at your local Pepboys, we do not offer additional mileage credits for third-party visits.

Charlotte & Nashville customers: Unfortunately, no. We can't reimburse maintenance or repair costs from a third-party provider without prior approval from our Customer Care team. Always coordinate with us before seeking any maintenance or repairs. However, required state inspections remain eligible for reimbursement.

Your safety is our utmost priority. If you're uncomfortable driving due to a vehicle issue or encounter a roadside emergency like a flat tire or need a jump-start, Flexcar, in partnership with Allstate, is here to assist. Contact our Customer Care team immediately. They can help arrange a tow service if necessary and provide further assistance based on your precise location and needs. Always be prepared to provide your name and contact number during these situations.
Vehicle Access for Inspection:
While you have a Flexcar, our support team may request access for inspection. Rest assured, we'll notify you when your vehicle is due for an oil change.
