Our membership program gives you access to a variety of cars that you can order, return or swap anytime. Here are some details about our Flexcar membership that you should know:
Membership Fee
Our membership fee is $249 per year. Once you become a member, you can access our entire fleet of cars.
Access to Our Fleet of Vehicles
With your membership, you can choose from a variety of vehicles to meet your transportation needs. Our fleet includes cars of different sizes, from compact cars to SUVs, and everything in between. So whether you need a car for commuting, running errands, or taking a weekend trip, we have you covered.
Flexcar renewal and receipts
All future payments will be taken on the day of your renewal date, which is your pick up day.
Your receipts will reflect upcoming charges as well as any accrued charges from the previous cycle.
For the upcoming charges:

Accrued charges from the previous month:

- Tolls
- Associated fees or fines
- Any traffic violations reported with the vehicle
- Local tax
Your receipt will be emailed to you each month, and it's also available if you sign in and visit your Account page.
Ending your current Flexcar plan
Your selected Flexcar plan will be renewed each month until you cancel prior to your renewal date. Your renewal date is conveniently located in your receipts, available on your Account page.

Mileage Extension
You now have the freedom to choose from four awesome bundles tailored to your expected mileage usage.
Each bundle comes with a specific mileage limit. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you might end up going beyond that limit. No worries! We've got you covered. If you exceed the mileage in your bundle, we'll add overage miles in convenient increments.
There’s no need to stress about going the extra mile (literally). Just pick the bundle that suits your mileage needs, and we'll take care of the rest. It's all about giving you the flexibility and peace of mind you deserve.

Your mileage replenishes monthly, and it updates hourly on your end. That means you'll always have the most up-to-date information about your mileage.
Any unused miles from the previous month won't go to waste. They'll automatically roll over to the current month, giving you extra mileage to enjoy. We want you to make the most out of your plan!
Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan. When you sign up, there's an additional charge of $90-$110 (depending on the tier you choose) for the base price. This covers your first set of miles, so you're good to go from the start.
We value your freedom of choice, so if you ever need to adjust your plan, it's super easy. Just hop on our user-friendly app, head to the Account page, and click on "Current Plan." From there, you can easily upgrade or downgrade according to your needs. We want to make sure you have the perfect plan for your journey!
