- You will need to use a smartphone to unlock the car when it’s time for pickup.
- What information do I need to have with me when I pick up my Flexcar?
- Be sure to bring your driver’s license to the location
- Be sure to bring your smartphone with the Flexcar app downloaded to confirm vehicle details
- Do I need to be at the location to pickup?
- Yes, the account holder will need to pick up their Flexcar. Verified additional drivers cannot pick up the vehicle or complete swaps.
- What is the pickup process like?
- The pickup process is fast and simple! Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email to download our mobile app. Once logged in, you will be prompted to submit some verification documentation:
- Selfie of your full face
- Front & Back of your Driver’s License
- Once verified, you will be able to check in and unlock your vehicle on your pickup date/time! The total time needed for pickup is only a few moments.
