  • Do I need a permanent driver's license?

      • Your eligibility may be impacted by prior citations, violations, revocations, or suspensions.
      • We do not accept licenses that are expired, suspended, or revoked.
      • We do not accept provisional licenses or permits currently.

    • As part of the order placement process, you will provide us with information about your credit score and agree to a soft credit check.
      • The Soft Credit check will not affect your Credit Score.
  • Why didn't I pass the Identity Verification check?
    • There are many factors considered during identity verification. Some of the most common reasons for ineligibility at this step are a lack of a valid US Driver's License, fraud detection, and tampering detection.
  • Why wasn’t I accepted?
