Where can I park my Flexcar?
Overview:
Currently, parking spots are not included for Flexcar members. Like owning, leasing, or renting a car, you are responsible for parking your Flexcar. While members are responsible for their parking arrangements, we are here to assist you in any way we can. We are delighted to provide you with essential details that can assist you in navigating your parking responsibilities effectively.
- In the Greater Boston area, it is important to be aware that each city within Greater Boston has its own distinct parking regulations.
- Tickets/violation processing: You are responsible for paying any traffic violations incurred during your plan or as a result of your use of a Flexcar Vehicle.
- These include, but are not limited to parking, speeding, red light, photo enforcement, and toll violations.
- If we receive a notice and process a violation, you will be charged a $30 processing fee.

How do I park in Boston and Cambridge?
In Boston, the city will provide temporary parking permits for residents for a 30-day period by following the steps below. As long as they have an active subscription, Flexcar subscribers can reapply for a new permit each month.
- Contact Flexcar at support@flexcar.com or 1-866-725-2734 to acquire a subscription confirmation letter (the city refers to this as a "rental agreement") to provide to the city.
- Request a rental car permit at the City of Boston's resident parking website. Note that you'll need to provide both the Flexcar-provided subscription confirmation letter and valid proof of Boston residency.
In Cambridge, the city will provide temporary parking permits for a small charge based on the length of the permit period. Customers should follow the steps below to acquire a permit.
