What to do upon arrival
The Flexcar lot is located next to Mac Papers + Packaging. Once on Crossings Boulevard turn into the open air lot.

What to look out for
Immediately on your right, be on the lookout for Flexcar signage on the fence. The four first spots will be where the Flexcar is.

If you're picking up
We’ll prep, clean, and deliver the Flexcar vehicle to the specified location for you to pick up without having to wait in any lines.
Download our app after you placed your order to access your car in two simple steps!
- Send us pictures of yourself and your driver's license so we can make sure it's really you.
- Unlock the car when it’s time for pickup.
If you're returning
You can end your current Flexcar plan and return your car at any time by visiting your account page. When you return your Flexcar vehicle, just follow the steps below:
- Remove all your personal belongings from the car.
- Fill up the car with a full tank of gas.
- Leave the keys in the glovebox.
- In your Flexcar app, open the Upcoming Return screen.
- Review the checklist.
- When ready, lock the car.
