Flexcar includes the flexibility to swap out your car as you need. Here's how it works:
- View the cars available in your area using the Cars page.
- Find a car you'd like to swap to.
- Submit a swap request to our support team. In the note, you can specify a preference for car and your preferred availability. Please provide a date and time at least 48 hours in advance for a swap request.
- A member of our support team will confirm your swap request and work with you to schedule a time and location to return your current car and pick up your new car.
- Your weekly plan will be updated to reflect the price of the new car and will automatically renew each week.

Swapping cars is subject to fleet availability. When you submit your swap request, our Support team will be able to answer any questions you may have.
