- Send us pictures of yourself and your driver's license so we can make sure it's really you.
- Unlock the car when it’s time for pickup.
If you're returning
You can end your current Flexcar plan and return your car at any time by visiting your account page. When you return your Flexcar vehicle, just follow the steps below:
- Remove all your personal belongings from the car.
- Fill up the car with a full tank of gas.
- Leave the keys in the glovebox.
- In your Flexcar app, open the Upcoming Return screen.
- Review the checklist.
- When ready, lock the car.
