Flexcars are exclusively serviced at our specialized Flexcar Hubs, ensuring consistency and quality. We will add statement credits to your account for the round trip to our Hub locations, making it even more convenient. These statement credits will appear on your next invoice. 

Every service visit includes a complimentary exterior car wash and multi-point inspection to have your car looking and feeling like new.

Your Flexcar plan covers routine and preventive services, keeping your vehicle in optimal condition.

### **Service Duration:**

A typical service visit at our Hubs takes about an hour for common requests. Our goal is to have you back on the road as soon as possible.

If your car requires more extensive service, our team will collaborate with you to determine the best solution that suits your circumstances.

### **Out-of-Hub Assistance:**

Not near a Flexcar Hub? Contact our team by scheduling a call in the mobile app; they'll work with you to find the best solution, regardless of your location.

Our expert Vehicle Support Team will conduct 15-minute service consultations to learn more about the service issues you are facing. We will recommend the best option that's convenient to you and gets you back on the road as quickly as possible. As always, maintenance and service is completely covered as part of your membership. 

### **Uncomfortable Driving or Roadside Emergency:**

Your safety is our utmost priority. If you're uncomfortable driving due to a vehicle issue or encounter a roadside emergency like a flat tire or need a jump-start, Flexcar, in partnership with Allstate, is here to assist. Contact our Customer Care team immediately. They can help arrange a tow service if necessary and provide further assistance based on your precise location and needs. Always be prepared to provide your name and contact number during these situations.
