Standard, Cruiser, and Road Warrior mileage replenishes monthly on your renewal date. Flexcar updates mileage every hour — when your balance runs out, replenishment miles are added in real time.

**Vehicle swaps — $199.** Want to try something different? You can swap your vehicle at any time for $199. Plus, members can earn discounted or free swaps through **Flexcar Rewards** — another reason to keep referring friends and staying on the road.

## Other Charges That May Apply

The vast majority of Flexcar members will never encounter the charges below. We list them here because transparency is core to how we operate — we'd rather you know upfront than be surprised.

*   **Refundable security deposit:** May be required for certain accounts.
*   **Car key replacement:** Lost keys may result in a $450 replacement charge.
*   **Ticket or violation processing:** A $30 processing fee applies in addition to the cost of any parking ticket or moving violation.
*   **Tire damage:** Tire damage may result in a $100 fee per tire.

*   **Cleaning or pet fee:** A fee of up to $250 may apply if the vehicle is not kept clean.

*   **Missing equipment fee:** Members are responsible for missing equipment such as EV charging cables or spare tires.
*   **Refueling fee:** A refueling fee of up to $250 may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than required.
