### **Overview**

At Flexcar, we offer three mileage plans designed to fit your driving habits and needs, giving you the freedom to drive on your terms. Whether you drive a little or a lot, we have a plan that's right for you.

**Choose Your Bundle:**

Select the mileage plan that fits your driving needs:

*   **Low Gear Plan:** Mileage charged separately.
*   **Standard Plan:** 850 miles/month included.
*   **Cruiser Plan:** 1200 miles/month included.
*   **Road Warrior Plan:** 2000 miles/month included.

**Low Gear Plan:**

*   **Initial Starter Bundle:** To get started, you'll be charged for an initial 200-mile starter bundle.
*   **Mileage Charged Separately:** After you've used up your mileage, you'll be charged in 200-mile increments.
*   **Mileage Rollover:** Unused miles roll over to the next month, so you only pay for what you drive. Please note that any unused miles are forfeited when you return the vehicle and cannot be refunded.

**Standard, Plan and Road Warrior Monthly Replenishing Mileage Plans:**

*   **Monthly Mileage Replenishment:** Your mileage replenishes monthly, providing you with a fresh set of miles according to your plan.
*   **Replenishment Miles:** If you run out of miles, we’ll add 100 miles to your account, charged at your specific mileage rate.
*   **Mileage Rollover:** Unused miles roll over automatically, so you never lose out on the miles you didn’t use. However, be sure to use your miles before returning your vehicle—any unused miles will expire and cannot be refunded.

**How can I change my plan?**

We value your freedom of choice. Easily adjust your plan in the Flexcar app:

1.  On the Home tab, click the "Change Plan" button.
2.  You'll then see a layout of your current plan details, along with options to **upgrade** or **downgrade** your mileage plan.
3.  Select your new plan and confirm the changes outlined on your screen.

When upgrading your plan, you’ll have the option to apply the change immediately—extra miles will be added to your account right away—or you can schedule the change to take effect at your next monthly renewal.

**Exception:** If you’re on split payments, any plan upgrade will only take effect at your next renewal, not immediately.

Plan downgrades will always take effect at the next monthly renewal.

**Example:**

*   *   If you upgrade from the Standard Plan (850 miles/month) to the Cruiser Plan (1200 miles/month) and choose to apply the change immediately, you’ll be charged for the upgrade and receive the additional 350 miles right away.
    *   If you choose to apply the change at your next renewal, the upgrade and new billing rate will begin with your upcoming monthly cycle.

**Where can I see my overage mileage rate?** 

*   Your overage mileage rate is show in the Flexcar account under the "Plan" or "Miles Available" section of the app. The rate is also shown in the account summary and on monthly invoices. If you are changing your plan, the new overage rates will be displayed during the selection process.
*   Before checking out, you can see the overage mileage rate on the vehicle and mileage plan selected by clicking "?" and reading the "Monthly Plan Details" section.
