_Flexcar is committed to rewarding tenured customers with lasting savings through the Flexcar Loyalty Program and Flexcar Rewards. All Flexcar members are automatically enrolled and rewards progress begins the moment you get into your first Flexcar._

**How does it work?**

*   Each month you've had a Flexcar in the past 3 years counts towards your tier progress. We look back over a 36-month rolling period.
*   Swapping cars doesn't impact your tier or reset your progress—swap all you want!
*   To maintain your status, you must keep an active annual Flexcar membership. Taking a break and not renewing your membership will reset your status.

**What are the tiers, and what rewards come with each tier?**

*   **Bronze (0-8 months in a Flexcar out of the last 36 months)**
    *   30¢/gal off of gas at select locations through the Flexcar Gas Saver Program
*   **Silver (9-17 months in a Flexcar out of the last 36 months)**
    *   **35****¢/gal off** of gas at select locations through the Flexcar Gas Saver Program
    *   **10% off** your annual Flexcar membership renewal
    *   **$49 swap** once per year (usually $199)
*   **Gold (18-26 months in a Flexcar out of the last 36 months)**
    *   **40¢/gal off** of gas at select locations through the Flexcar Gas Saver Program
    *   **25% off** your annual Flexcar membership renewal
    *   **Free swap** once per year (usually $199)
*   **Platinum** **(18-26 months in a Flexcar out of the last 36 months)**
    *   **50¢/gal off** of gas at select locations through the Flexcar Gas Saver Program
    *   **50% off** your annual Flexcar membership renewal
    *   **Free swap** once per year (usually $199)

**FAQ**

**Q: Do I need to do anything to be in the program?**  
A: Nope! You are automatically enrolled and placed into a tier based on your total months in a Flexcar. We track your progress and give you rewards automatically. Just sit back and enjoy the perks right away!

**Q: How is my rewards tier calculated?**  
A: Your rewards tier is calculated based on how many months you're active in a Flexcar of the last 3 years. It starts the moment you get a Flexcar and accumulates every month you drive.

**Q: Will I lose my status if I return my car for a couple months?**  
A: If you return your car,  your status might shift over time, since we look at how many months you've been in a Flexcar in the past 3 years. Flexcar is built for flexibility—take time off when needed, and the more consistently you're in a Flexcar, the faster you'll unlock rewards!

**Q: Do I need to keep a Flexcar membership if I return my vehicle?**  
A: Yes! Keeping an active membership is necessary to not lose. your Flexcar Rewards tier progress. If you do not pay your membership, you will move to our Bronze level when you pick up your next flexcar.
