Yes — Flexcar is month-to-month, so cancelling is easy and you’re not locked into a long contract. We want Flexcar to be the only car you’ll need. But hey, we get it—things change. So, if you need to make a change, we're here to support you every step of the way. 

You can start a return/cancellation in the app or contact Support and we’ll walk you through the steps and pick a return date that works.

What to expect when you cancel

*   Settle any outstanding charges (mileage overages, damage/cleaning fees, tolls/citations, etc.).
    
*   **Unused miles from monthly renewals are forfeited** when you return the car.
    
*   **Loyalty status resets.** If you cancel and come back later, your account will start over at Bronze.
    
*   Loyalty perks, free swaps, and account credits tied to your membership are typically forfeited at cancellation.
    
*   If you paid a refundable security deposit, we’ll refund it after we inspect the vehicle and settle final charges (if any).
